100 Naturals' Premium GreenTea Extract comes with 60 capsules in the bottle. The product is made in the USA with GMP approval. The recommended serving size is to take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily, preferably with meals. It should be noted that this product contains 15mg. of caffeine per serving (equivalent to 1/6 cup of coffee). There are no chemicals, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. This product is enriched with EGCG, Polyphenols, and Antioxidants. This green tea extract is standardized to 98%. Some of the benefits of green tea include: heart health, improved circulation, improvement in cognitive function, metabolism booster, arthritis support, digestive assistance, improves liver health and function, boosts immune system, and can aid in weight loss. The antioxidants in the green tea can eliminate free radicals in the body, while the polyphenols can increase fat burning.

The supplement is of average size and does not have any taste or aftertaste. I have taken this supplement with and without meals, and have not had any adverse effects. I am using this product for boosting my metabolism, aiding in weight loss, boosting my immune system, and for arthritis support.

Since I have been taking the supplement (received on 5/13), I have noticed a decrease in my arthritis pain. My knees do not constantly ache, pop, catch, or feel like they are going to give out (unless it is raining/humid). I have also noticed an improvement with my allergies (I live in East TN.). I am not sneezing my head off and scratching my eyes out as I was when spring first started. I have also noticed that my weight is going down slowly but surely. :) I am looking forward to seeing continued positive results with this product. I have had a couple other products from 100 Naturals, and they all have been excellent in quality.
