 Suggested Usage::

Mix one heaping scoop (included in the bag) with 6-8 oz of water or milk or your other favorite beverage. Vary the amount of liquid for your taste preference.

This whey powder smells terrific straight out of the bag. It does not smell like chemical mix, rancid, or stale powder. The powder mixes clean and easily, without leaving any clumping behind. I have tried mixing the powder with plain water (not really recommended due to the plain taste) and with milk (tastes great - like a shake). There is no aftertaste, just a nice strawberry flavor. 

The pros of this product are that it is made in the USA in an FDA regulated facility with GMP standards. It tastes great and mixes easily. The product amount (2 LBS.) is very generous as well. 

The cons of this product are that it contains artificial flavors and colors (red #40).

I am using this product to see if it helps me regain strength in my leg muscles due to a health issue. So far, I have only been taking the product for about 2 weeks or so - which may be too early to tell.  I am glad that the product tastes great (which makes it easy to take). I will update if I see any improvements.
